Acceptable use policy
Last updated · Pacific Time
This policy covers uploaded portraits and other assets, generated videos, accounts and use of Rumpelstiltskin AI. Users must be 18 or older. The service supplies a fixed script and does not accept user-written prompts. This policy forms part of our Terms. To report content or appeal an action, email patrickwu1992@gmail.com.
Content standards and prohibited categories
You may not upload, request, create, or share content in any of these categories:
1. Pornography and NSFW content
No sexually explicit acts, pornographic material, sexualized nudity, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery. Do not use the service to create sexual content involving a real person.
2. Violence and gore
No graphic injury, blood or gore, mutilation, torture, violent threats, encouragement or instructions for serious violence, terrorism, or violent extremist acts.
3. Hate speech
No dehumanizing or hateful abuse, discrimination, or incitement to violence against a person or group based on protected characteristics.
4. Child sexual abuse and unsafe content involving minors
Zero tolerance: no child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization or exploitation of a minor, grooming, or content that facilitates harm to a child. Do not upload a minor’s portrait or attempt to depict a minor in a sexual context.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation
No real-person deepfakes or face swaps, deceptive impersonation, fabricated speech or conduct falsely attributed to a real person, or non-consensual intimate imagery. Real-person deepfakes and face swaps are prohibited even if the uploader claims consent. Permission to upload a portrait does not override this rule.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement
No unauthorized use of copyrighted images, video, music, characters or other protected works; counterfeit goods or branding; or use of a trademark that infringes another party’s rights or misleads viewers. Possessing a file does not establish permission to use it.
Platform content moderation
When video generation is enabled, automated checks send both user-uploaded portraits to SeeAPI Image Moderation before generation. Fixed operator backgrounds are not part of that user-image check, and the service does not run text moderation because users cannot enter a prompt. Generated videos are checked by SeeAPI Video Moderation across 32 sampled frames before delivery. A blocked, failed, or incomplete check prevents delivery; an incomplete result remains pending or fails closed. We may also review reports and appeals against the relevant job and moderation records. Automated checks can miss content or make mistakes and do not establish consent, ownership, or legal rights.
User reporting channel and response time
Users and people affected by content may report it by emailing patrickwu1992@gmail.com with the subject “Content safety report”. Include the relevant page, account, or job reference, describe the concern, and provide supporting information that is safe to share. For a copyright or trademark complaint, identify the protected work or mark and explain your authority. Do not email illegal images, passwords, one-time codes, or full payment-card details. We aim to send an initial response within 2 business days. We prioritize suspected child exploitation and imminent harm as soon as we become aware of a report and refer matters to authorities when required by law.
Enforcement actions and appeals
Depending on the risk and severity, we may reject or cancel a request, block delivery, remove reported content where appropriate, warn a user, suspend access to generation or purchases, or terminate an account. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate suspension and reports to authorities where legally required. We may preserve relevant records when needed for safety, investigation, or legal obligations. We do not automatically confiscate unused paid credits solely because an account is suspended; credit returns and cash refunds follow the Payments & Refunds Policy and applicable law. To appeal, reply to the enforcement notice or email patrickwu1992@gmail.com with the account and job reference and the reason you believe the action should be reconsidered. An operator will review the available information and reply; we do not represent that a 24-hour staffed moderation team is available.
