Payments & refunds

Packages are one-time purchases. Upgrades charge the difference between your current package and the higher package, and add only the additional credits.

Video credits are reserved before a paid provider task is submitted. They are spent after the output passes delivery checks. Input rejection releases the reservation. A confirmed generation failure, input rejection or blocked output returns the reserved video credits. Provider charges are recorded separately and do not determine your video-credit return.

A task with an unknown outcome stays pending while its original provider request is recovered. We do not create a replacement paid task automatically. Returning video credits is different from refunding a card payment; cash refunds are handled separately.

The cash refund terms and merchant details are being finalized. Checkout remains disabled until the live service is ready. Statutory rights remain applicable.
